Welcome to the shores of The Lit Tiki. We want your experience to be as smooth as a sunset cruise. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, returns, and taking care of your new favorite mugs.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Hand-Poured Quality: Every candle is poured in small batches. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it ships.
Tracking: As soon as your order hits the mail, we’ll send a tracking link to your email so you can watch it travel to your doorstep.
Fragile Cargo: We take extra care in packing our Tiki glassware to ensure it arrives in one piece. If the "Tiki Gods" were unkind and your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the box and the item within 48 hours at [Your Email], and we’ll get a replacement out to you immediately.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
The Lit Tiki Guarantee: We want you to love your scent. If you aren't happy with the fragrance of an unlit candle, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a shop credit or exchange.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Because our mugs are ceramic and glass, please ensure they are packed securely! If they are damaged when returned to us, we will not be able to exchange them.
The "Point of No Return": Once a candle has been lit, it is yours to keep and enjoy.
🍹 Mug Care & Safety
Burn Safety: Never leave a lit candle unattended. Keep away from drafts, pets, and tiny humans. We recommend burning for no more than 4 hours at a time.
The "Second Act" (Cleaning): To reuse your mug, pop the finished (cooled) candle in the freezer for 2 hours. The wax will shrink and pop out. Wash the mug thoroughly with warm, soapy water.
Hand-Wash Only: To keep the vibrant glazes and intricate details of your Tiki mugs looking legendary for years to come, we strongly recommend hand-washing only. They aren't fans of the dishwasher!
